FALL ENRICHMENT MINI-SESSION
We are excited to announce we will be offering a new FALL ENRICHMENT MINI-SESSION! Like our traditional Enrichment Preschool Program, these fun-filled trial classes will also give children the opportunity to learn, create, explore, and discover fun and exciting things about their world, but in a shorter 6-week session. Classes include structured play activities, teacher directed academics, art, science, and a whole lot of fun! The Fall Mini-Session Classes are especially great for those children who have never attended preschool and parents who are looking to provide additional structured learning and routines. Don't miss out...these classes are sure to be a hit!
Fall Mini-Session begins OCTOBER 13TH and runs until NOVEMBER 17TH. For additional questions, or to register your child, please stop by or call us at 425.415.6378.

ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END... 
Like the food in our refrigerator, we've found that FREE childcare hours at The Nest are best when used within a certain amount of time. Whether you won an hour(s) in one of our drawings or earned one by referring a friend, these freebies are about to expire! Beginning October 1st, any free hours posted to your account will expire one month from the issue date. Hours posted to accounts PRIOR to October 1st, will expire December 31, 2011. So, if you happen to be one of those lucky ones who have an hour, or two or three on your account, COME IN and see us...time is running out!

LUNCHTIME
Lunchtime is a great opportunity for kids to practice social skills and enjoy time chatting with their friends. If your child is attending during the lunch hour, please feel free to pack him/her a lunch or snack. Lunch is generally served at 12:00 pm and requires preparation by our staff to serve all of the children at once, therefore, if you are checking in during this time frame and plan to have your child join us for lunch, we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 12:10 pm. Also, please remember that The Nest is a nut-free facility and we cannot serve lunch or snacks that contain nuts. Thank you, we appreciate your consideration! |
COLD AND FLU SEASON
While October brings beautiful fall colors, pumpkins, and Halloween, it often marks the beginning of the cold and flu season, as well. We hate the idea of your little ones getting sick and want you to know that we do everything possible at
The Nest to help keep them healthy. Maintaining a clean and
sanitary environment is very important to us and is one way we can help
prevent the spread of germs. At The Nest we adhere to a regular
cleaning cycle throughout the day, in which surfaces and toys are
disinfected and sanitized routinely, and frequent hand washing is
required among staff and children.
If your child is sick, we ask that you keep him or her home until they are well for at least 24 hours prior to visiting The Nest. To review our Wellness Policy, please refer to our Parent Handbook or FAQs on our website.
